Green Pest Control

This new service was designed to address the need by some of our customers to provide a more environmentally friendly pest control service.  By most standards our regular pest control service is already environmentally friendly as we practice integrated pest management (IPM) and only use products that are registered with the EPA.

For our Green Pest Control service, we have added a couple extra measures.  Where available, we use different product lines that contain natural ingredients such as plant oils.  These botanical products are proven effective while reducing environmental impact.  We also employ the use of monitoring devices to verify there is a problem present prior to treating with any pesticides.

How We are Staying Green

We too are trying to reduce our environmental impact.  In a conscious effort to do our part, we have made some changes to our operations.  Here are some of the changes we have made:

• Replaced all light bulbs with compact florescent bulbs.
• Purchasing smaller trucks to improve fuel efficiency
• Using computer routing software to schedule routes more efficiently, therefore reducing the driving time.
