Preventative Mold Treatments

Mold is becoming a growing concern with homeowners and that’s not something that anyone wants as a liability.  It is very common for this problem to emerge during the construction process when materials and the framework are exposed to the elements prior to everything being closed in.  Luckily, there is a preventative mold treatment that can help reduce that liability exposure and provide ongoing protection for the new occupants.

PMi now offers a preventative mold treatment that will help to reduce or eliminate mold growth.  This service is generally offered as an application to the crawl space as that area is at high risk for developing mold.  However, we also offer this as a whole house treatment too as a way to provide more thorough protection.

This protection comes with using good chemistry in the product MOLD-RAM®*.  We have worked very closely with the manufacturer on the testing and research for this type of application to help ensure the effectiveness of the treatment.  Needless to say it produces great results.
